Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center is looking for a Part-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team!
Who We Are
Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center is a center-based therapy and ABA program serving young children ages 2–6 with Autism in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Our program combines evidence-based services with a warm, engaging, Montessori-inspired environment. We provide individualized care designed to support communication, social, behavioral, and developmental growth.
Founded in 2020 as an in-home ABA provider, Strategic Therapy expanded into our dedicated center in 2023. We are a women-owned and operated organization led by two licensed behavior analysts with more than 20 years of combined experience.

The Opportunity
As an SLP, you will provide individualized speech and language services to young children with autism and other developmental needs. You will support communication, language, social interaction, and functional skills while collaborating closely with children, families, BCBAs, ABA Therapists, and other members of the clinical team.
This is a part-time, daytime position within our center-based program—an excellent opportunity for an SLP seeking flexibility without evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children ages 2–6
- Conduct speech and language evaluations as appropriate
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Address receptive/expressive language, articulation, social communication, and functional communication
- Support AAC use and implementation when appropriate
- Monitor progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
- Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA Therapists to support communication goals
- Provide strategies to promote generalization of skills
- Communicate with families regarding progress and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, regulatory, and payer requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current New Jersey SLP license or ability to obtain prior to starting
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience with early language development and/or AAC is a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based practice

Daytime Hours
Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday; specific days and hours flexible based on availability and center needs
Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
